    Niagara Food Festival announces exciting plans for the
    "Peninsula’s Tastiest Party" October 1-3, 2010

     

    The Niagara Food Festival celebrates its 17th anniversary on the weekend of October 1, 2, and 3 in historic downtown Welland. The annual showcase of all things food and drink in Niagara brings together growers, producers, restaurateurs, chefs, and entertainers with foodies of all ages to celebrate the best the Niagara region has to offer.

    Scheduled October 1st, 2nd and 3rd, 2010, in beautiful downtown Welland, The Peninsula’s Tastiest Party attracted over 65,000 visitors last year. In our new location on King Street where patrons will be able to dine on Division St. Bridge with the old Welland Canal running under them and the historical Welland Bridge as their backdrop, the festival promises to be even more successful in 2010.     Free Shuttle from the Seaway Mall to the festival!


    Seaway MallProvided by Welland Transit. The shuttle will run continuously Friday 3:45pm - 11:30pm, Saturday 11:00am - 11:15pm and Sunday from 11am - 5:30pm. A $2 donation would be appreciated.

    Secure Parking for the shuttle is at the back of the Seaway Mall, by the Cinemas.

    Mobile Culinary Theatre

    This fully functional mobile demonstration kitchen can be the centerpiece of your next event. Attracting notable chefs will provide great entertainment and education for your audience. Read more...

    Environmental Awareness

    The Niagara Food Festival is demonstrating leadership in waste management. We are asking for your help in minimizing waste at this year’s festival. Food vendors will be required to use biodegradable plates and utensils. More information will be forthcoming before the festival.
